Quality Management System
A multifaceted, yet simple and effective Quality Management System (QMS) has been devised and implemented since our start in year 2003. All the departments, sections and processes of the company have been mapped thoroughly and are working in accordance with the procedures. Frequent Internal Audits ensure the effectiveness of the system. Top Management personally participates in QMS activities and we always follow our continual improvement policy.
Quality Assurance
A well-equipped Quality Control Lab has been established inside the mill premises, which is working as a nucleus of our whole system. Multiple parameters from raw cotton to finished yarn are regularly tested i.e. Wrapping, CV%, U%, Rings End Down, Snap Survey, Splice, Elongation, Lea Strength, S.Y.S, TPI, Waste %, Cleaning Efficiency, Moisture %, RH %, CLSP, UHML, MIC, GPT, SCI, UNF, SFI, Trash etc. We have latest technology equipment of UT-4 and HVI spectrum to carry out all sorts of testing.`
